Since 2005 PhD Student at the Institute of Silviculture at the Faculty of Forest and Environmental Sciences of the Albert-Ludwigs-University at Freiburg, Germany.

Research experience

2003 – 2004 Research on the Project Fondef D02I1080. Incorporation of Coihue de Magallanes Forests to forest management for purposes of diversification and increase of production in the XII Region (Chile).

2001 – 2003 Research on the Project Fondecyt Nº 1000645 “Effects of the shelterwood systems on the microclimate and growth of the understory and natural regeneration in the Lenga forests (Nothofagus pumilio) in the Region of Magallanes, Chile”.
