Library

The shared library of the Chair of Silviculture and the Chair of Site Classification and Vegetation Science is located on the 4th floor and can be used as an attendance library after prior notification at the secretary’s office. In justified cases, a loan is possible. The W-LAN of the University, sitting accommodations, office supplies and tranquility are available to all students and employees. For further information, please contact our secretary Bernadette Trautwein. You can ask her for access in the mornings from Monday to Thursday. The library of the faculty is in the same building (1st floor) and includes, among many monographs, also printed and bound series of relevant professional journals. In addition, there are computer workstations for students available, LAN and friendly staff, which assists in search or copy. The library of the faculty is also an attendance library with opening times. It is possible to borrow iPads with an identification software for field work or self study. Printings can be borrowed from the main library of the University.
